Our team
The N.I.C.E. Clinic focuses on regenerative medicine designed to support the body’s natural ability to heal and recover. Our goal is to provide advanced treatments that help patients improve mobility, support lung health, and enhance overall wellness.

Medical Leadership
Dr. Lemper is a board-certified physician and fellowship-trained pain management specialist who has been caring for patients in Southern Nevada since 2000.
Dr. Lemper earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. In 1995 he received his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine while completing his surgical and medical internship.
In 1999 he completed his residency in Anesthesiology followed by a fellowship in Pain Management at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago.
Dr. Lemper previously served as Director of Pain Management at Spring Valley Hospital and maintains privileges at several hospitals in the Las Vegas area.
He is also a member of multiple professional organizations including:
